What happens when AI can design architecture, write code, generate tests, and deploy systems? The idea of a self-driving SDLC is quickly moving from speculation to experimentation. In this talk, we explore how teams are beginning to move in this direction—where automation and AI already play a role in the lifecycle, where humans remain essential, and how the role of engineers may evolve from building everything manually to guiding, validating, and governing increasingly autonomous systems.
